ONE OF THE TWO INDEPENDENT REVIEWERS who somehow allowed this book through to the next stage before publication made a helpful observation: that it might be sensible to start a book on creating businesses sustainability champions by defining what I mean by sustainability, and indeed champion. I will not spend long on this, for reasons that will become clear. But please bear with me.
