ABSTRACT

This chapter provides a roadmap for action to develop a Sustainability Report and discusses some of the key aspects that build trust in Sustainability report. It looks at some of the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) reports and differences in presentation and scope. Light on content and data, this report nonetheless showcases some of the positive actions this firm has taken to make their business more sustainable and to support clients in developing sustainability communications. The report serves many purposes. It demonstrates that Alling Henning Associates Inc (AHA). AHA is walking the talk and it serves an example of work that AHA can produce for clients. While some SME reporters manage to deliver a very comprehensive first report, there are some who want to get their message out there and do so in a very simple but effective way. This report is not graphically designed but it gets the message across.
