ABSTRACT
Over the last years, Audencia Nantes School of Management has implemented several initiatives aimed at encouraging a huge part of its faculty to develop research related to corporate responsibility. Rather than to make the integration of these issues mandatory, the School’s management has decided to present this change as an opportunity for the faculty. Indeed, by focusing on corporate responsibility defined as the School’s distinctive area of expertise, each member of the faculty benefits from the potential interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues and academic partners as well as from the overall recognition of the School in this area. The School is among the first signatories to the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), an initiative supported by the United Nations Global Compact.
