ABSTRACT
This chapter argues that natural to being human because we do not take responsibility in a vacuum, but do so in the larger realm between Inspiration and Reality of Self and Circumstances and often bounce around quite wildly between these realms. The central magnetising core of the Holistic Development Model is Inspiration, that which breathes life into, stimulates, animates and lifts. It refers to the human desire to ever improve, rise to greater heights. It is a place that sustains people will and determination. People have very different responses to when they face up to the Reality of Self. Once again it simply makes visible what is already known and experienced by people all. And once again it helps people actively engage with and examine the dynamic relationship between Inspiration and Reality and people ability to live meaningfully.
