ABSTRACT
By now, you’re wondering, “Sustainability sounds great, but are there really any jobs in that?” The answer is a resounding yes. In just the past five years, I have seen hundreds of sustainability-related MBA job and internship openings cross my desk. Even amid the employment challenges of the recent economic recession, hiring in certain sustainability fields like cleantech has continued to grow. Companies that see sustainability as a means to eco-efficiency and strategic competitive advantage have even more reason than ever to integrate sustainable practices.
