ABSTRACT

This chapter looks at how an individual might move them forward and intuitively seeing its value to become someone who has developed enough insight. Setting the stage, establishing a solid knowledge base within the organization personal and informal working group, informal working group (IWG) and introduction to and obtaining buy-in of senior management team (SMT). In the beginning, the meetings between the select SMT members and a few members of the IWG would be focused on introducing the ideas and concepts in an effort to increase their interest and desire to move forward. Facilitating the tentative buy-in of the SMT will, by definition, require providing the team with a requisite level of education and understanding of the assumptions and practices contained within an interdependent organization and also reflect the adjustments in that model needed to leverage its fit into the specific business.
