ABSTRACT
We have tested the basic propositions o f M HIM 2 with the longitu dinal data for global mental health and use o f mental health treatment, and have found that these propositions are w ell substantiated. In this chapter, w e continue our exploration o f the basic propositions with the data for other aspects o f adult health, to describe the extent to which these other aspects are predicted by the m odels o f mental health im plied by the basic propositions.
