ABSTRACT

This bibliography is necessarily selective. It does not include un published conference papers or works that are forthcoming or in prog ress. Substantively, it lists books, reports, articles, and some graduate theses on planning ethics-not planning values, not planning theory, and not professional ethics. Its purpose is to provide a starting point for academics, planners, and students interested in this area of inquiry. References in Elizabeth Howe (1990) and Marta Escuin-Rubio and Je rome Kaufman (1993), as well as my own work, provided the basis for the following snapshot of the current state of the art of planning ethics, primarily in North America.
