ABSTRACT
Many of the managerial problems are complex, for which there are no ready-made
solutions or programmed decisions available in organizations. Making strategic choices,
implementing large-scale organizational changes, introducing new products,
reengineering work processes, resolving industrial relations issues, or solving any
uncommon and not so simple problem in the work context are all examples of this kind.
