ABSTRACT
At the time the school started they were demonstrating…. The intentions then were good, but compared to what we have established here, and what has taken place when I was on the board about 15 or 16 years later-as I compare those things, they’re different. The intentions there at the time the school began were more for economic development. And now it’s different…. I guess time has changed.
