ABSTRACT
In this chapter, the interest is in exploring multiple narrative events in the same classroom for the purpose of understanding the nature of intertextuality. Analyses focus on intertextual links between narrative texts and storymaking events in a first-grade classroom. The emphasis is on some of the properties in texts that connect them to other texts, and on some of the properties in the discourse of events that connect them to other events.
