I know it sounds a little like I’m channeling George Carlin, but with all this screwing going on-screwees and screwers, the nearly screwed and the newly screwed-nobody has time to actually write. So if you want to write, keep it simple. Remember, screwing gets done in the biz, not in the writing. Oh, you can have people “screwing” and you can even have your characters screwing and getting screwed, but whether or not you will be screwed as a writer shouldn’t make one bit of difference to you.
