ABSTRACT

The Hospital Curriculum is designed for eleventh grade students in high school. It was designed by a team from Carnegie Mellon University, the Veterans Administration, Engines for Education (a non-profit that builds new curricula for schools) and is intended for use at Grandview Preparatory School in Boca Raton, FL, as well as any other high school within the vicinity of a VA Hospital that wishes to be part of this experiment. It was designed in the form of a Story Centered Curriculum.
