ABSTRACT
The step of the writing journey toward writing a completed, exciting screenplay is to focus on the main character or protagonist. A character is born through the labor of our imagination, investigation and examination. All this work eventually culminates in developing a believable, complex character. To create a fascinating and compelling major characters people have to start the journey to delve into their own self. This chapter presents an example of creating character motivation and back story for them. It shows how to write an extensive character biography for people main and major characters, including social, emotional and physical aspects. A character biography enables people to create a backstory for their characters and give them memories and life experiences from their past. The character determines the action, but the action also comes from the character.
