ABSTRACT

Completing the data collection phase is a major accomplishment in a consulting project, but, as any researcher knows, data have little value unless they are analyzed and summarized in a manner that is useful to the reader. This is especially true of data collected by a consultant, as the whole purpose of data collection is to provide the client with information that will support taking action. Thus, the data you collect must be not only valid and useful but also presented so that the client can understand their implications.
