ABSTRACT
Before we begin seriously discussing the specifics of serial crime intervention, it is critical that we thoroughly understand the following key concepts, some of which come from outside the traditional law enforcement organization. We also need to develop some operational definitions that will allow us to share ideas exactly, without misunderstanding one another or misinterpreting a critical concept.
