ABSTRACT
Since Lean started at the clinic, there has been only a minimum of additional system resources added in the form of money for remodeling some modular furniture and walls, and changes in signage. ‘e system did fund a Lean team and consultant for 3 months. ‘e clinic’s success story was created largely on the basis of their own internal resources and people.
