ABSTRACT
Introduction –is chapter introduces the more popular violent crimes against individuals. Any discussion of violent crimes will naturally start with a discussion of the most violent murder. –e denitions of what conduct constitutes a specic crime varies with each state, but generally the denitions are similar; in this chapter, the most common ones are used and discussed.
