ABSTRACT
In 1992, Tim wrote a letter addressed to his son John saying that he wished to put his affairs in order. The letter contained various good wishes to friends, together with a series of gifts of money to friends and a request that the rest of this property should be divided in three equal parts between Tim’s daughter Susan, his sister Betty and John.
