ABSTRACT
How is it possible to achieve success? One way success can be achieved is when stages one and two have been combined. You have become involved with some element of your community, reflected on your involvement and now, through this evaluation, you know more and can offer maybe a suggestion as to improvements for the future. The sum of the parts is of greater value than each individual part. For example, if you own the world’s safest padlock but have lost the key, the padlock is of little real use. If you then found the world’s most complicated key but did not have the padlock, this is also of little real use. However, if you own both the key and the padlock, you will always be able to lock away something secure in the knowledge that it will be safe. The sum of the parts is of greater value than each individual part.
