The new arrangement consists of a set of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR, referred to in this work thus: ‘rule 3.4’), a Schedule to the Rules, Practice Directions (referred to in this book as, for example, ‘27PD3.4’) and new forms. The Rules themselves are divided into Parts.
