ABSTRACT
The officers of the county court are the following: circuit judge and district judge, comprising the judicial officers, and court manager (formerly known as the ‘chief clerk’) and staff who are the administrative or court officers. In addition, part time judges, such as deputy district judges, deputy circuit judges and recorders, may also preside.
