Common sense remains the best judge of location. You need to be in a main aisle. Quite simply, you need to be somewhere where you can be seen. Whether you are in the middle, on the end, in the centre or on the edge makes very little difference. It is better to be on the floor of entry to an exhibition, and in the main hall, but being up or at the end of a flight of stairs is rarely cause for concern.
