ABSTRACT
Not many solicitors would disagree that the quality of the client relationship is one of the key factors in determining the success of a law firm. Many solicitors would say that client care and client management are the main factors for success of a law firm. All clients would expect that their views and feelings should be the guiding force in running and developing a client-focused law firm.
