Various different types of situation which you are likely to come across in practice have been examined and suggestions have been made as to how you might deal with them. Most of the previous section has dealt with public law relating to children before court proceedings are instituted. The next part of this unit deals with what happens and what you are expected to do once proceedings have commenced.
