Paragraph 68 of the scheme also requires the parties to include all supporting material with the statement of case, and para 70 sets out 10 categories of potential documentation in bullet points. The obvious documents are those that would be required in the employment tribunal:
• contracts of employment and written particulars; • disciplinary rules and procedures; • warnings and dismissal letters.
