ABSTRACT
Whether formal or informal, any Separation Agreement will need to cover the things you would have to work out if you were planning to divorce. These are, basically: ❍ property; ❍ money; and ❍ children – not necessarily in that order. We have printed a draft Separation Agreement in Chapter 6. Even if you decide to do things informally, it is worth using this as a sort of agenda of points to take into account.
