ABSTRACT
Lords of Appeal in Ordinary (Law Lords) sit to hear appeals. The House of Lords hears appeals against decisions made by the Court of Appeal, Divisional Courts of the High Court and occasionally, by leapfrog procedure, from the divisions of the High Court.
