When you order goods or services over the internet, you may find that you have to click a box to confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions of the deal. The system will not continue the transaction until you have ticked the box. After that, you are bound by those terms and conditions, whether you have read them or not. This is a very good idea-provided you do actually read them.
