The Trustee in Bankruptcy and your assets

Within 12 weeks of the date of your bankruptcy order the Official Receiver must decide whether or not to call a meeting of your creditors to seek the appointment of a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (LIP) as your Trustee in Bankruptcy (Trustee). If the Official Receiver decides to call such a meeting, the meeting must take place within four months of the bankruptcy order.
