ABSTRACT
Where the Official Receiver reports to the court that a proposed voluntary arrangement has been approved, the arrangement will take effect and bind the debtor and every person who was a creditor in respect of a bankruptcy debt of the debtor and of whose claim and address the Official Receiver was aware. The court shall annul the bankruptcy order in respect of the debtor on an application made by the Official Receiver once the period has elapsed in which a successful challenge to the arrangement is possible.
