ABSTRACT
The possibility of partnership rescue was introduced into insolvency law by the Insolvent Partnerships Order 19942 (‘IPO’). A partnership voluntary arrangement (‘PVA’) and partnership administration procedure were introduced which are similar to the corporate procedures contained in the Insolvency Act 1986.
