7.1 Is the tenancy of a holding to which the 1927 Act applies?

The conditions which must be satisfied for the 1927 Act to apply are considered at 11.1. It is generally accepted that these conditions must be satisfied, both at the time when the tenant gives notice of the claim for compensation and when the tenant quits the holding at the end of the tenancy.
