ABSTRACT
This chapter commences with recognition of our essential commitment to comparativism, and the need to approach it anew for the purposes of sociolegal research within the context of internationalism. Context-based comparison, and the link between context and objectivity, is the simple driver for the methodology described in detail as the chapter progresses, and applied empirically in Chapters 4, 5 and 6.
