ABSTRACT
After his tenure as Director General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Federico Mayor Zaragoza came back to live in Spain (Madrid), and created the Fundación Cultura de Paz (Culture of Peace Foundation) in 2000, which he has chaired ever since, with Ana Isabel Prera as its Director. Among his first projects is the role of enlightening and leading what was to become the UBUNTU Forum.
