ABSTRACT
The World Campaign for In-depth Reform of the System of International Institutions has never remained aloof from everyday reality. On the contrary, it has made its stance clear at specific junctures and on specific conflicts directly or indirectly through the UBUNTU Forum, or through its statements aimed at world public opinion. It is in the Forum’s nature to seek to go beyond the circumstances of the moment (though those are important too) and clearly state our support for the structural institutional reforms that were being called for, and that in our view best characterized the requirements and possibilities involved in the issue in hand.
