ABSTRACT
The crucial need to integrate the land component in integrated water resource management, fundamental to the blue revolution, is becoming increasingly recognized. The term integrated land and water resource management (ILWRM) is now accepted terminology for the philosophy or process underlying the integrated management of land and water resources.
