ABSTRACT
Since the devolution of law-making powers to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, aspects of environmental legislation have become specific to those countries even if the differences in substance are not necessarily that significant. For example, there may be many differences in the administrative structures in place to implement and enforce regulations and procedures.
