ABSTRACT
There are a few Latin American countries that do not merit an entire country-specific chapter. These countries have little to no Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) activity and/or renewable energy legislation. Therefore, they will be covered only briefly in this chapter. However, it is important for investors to know which countries fall into this category and be aware of major issues in the country that could be hindering CDM and renewable energy development.
