ABSTRACT
For there to be any chance that humanity as a whole might win the climate war, we in Britain are going to need before very long a political coalition around the key idea of carbon rationing. I have already said as much as I am going to say (between these covers, anyway) about the case for this. Here, by way of epilogue, I want briefly to anticipate the politics of it.
