ABSTRACT
SFM depends on work being carefully carried out with consideration for impacts on the environment and people as well as productivity. Well-paid, adequately trained and supervised, motivated and healthy employees will be able and willing to work productively and accurately. Human resources must be used as sustainably as forest resources for sustainable forest management to be achieved.
