This book is intended for those who have a basic understanding of the PRINCE2 ™ method and want to take this further, dig deeper into understanding the method and see examples of how to use the principles of PRINCE2 in various typical situations. For those without a basic understanding of PRINCE2, I would strongly recommend the companion book, PRINCE2 Revealed .
