ABSTRACT
All organizations need to change, and move on in order to survive. Standing still often means going backwards. But normal business operations have to go on, so an organization has to do two things:
1. Carry on with everyday business operations; 2. Change and upgrade those operations to match the direction and strategies
needed for the future.
