ABSTRACT
We now come to the presentation of detailed results for Israel, Palestine, and Jordan, as well as results concerning regional cooperation. Before doing so, it is appropriate to discuss some sensitive issues and the way in which we have dealt with them. In this book, we have tried not to take any political position, but some matters cannot be wholly avoided.
