ABSTRACT
This chapter defines the concept of ethical leadership while providing a brief review of ethics. Ethical leadership involves making decisions about right and wrong while influencing others to be ethical, and an examination of different ethical approaches serves as a foundation for that journey. Ethical leadership is acting consciously and courageously to do the right thing while influencing and motivating others to act in an ethical manner.
