ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will embark on the endeavor to discuss different concepts of love in connection to ethical leadership and leadership in general. We will focus on the importance of emotional intelligence, the biochemical effects of leadership, that draws its energy from a place of love, and ancient wisdom that still holds a lot of truth for leaders today. At the end of the chapter, we will offer a model which is based on eight foundational columns that enable loving leadership—and thereby establish an ethical culture within organizations, possibly societies, families, and within yourself.
