ABSTRACT

The big question of ‘What is the meaning of life?’ often seems too complex to engage with and too far removed from our daily reality; something best left to philosophers and theologians. Yet it is in that daily reality, in the choices we make, the people we connect with and the actions we take that we create a meaningful life. To create a strong connection between the big questions and our day-to-day realities we need a simple way to understand and say to ourselves and others what is meaningful to us.
