ABSTRACT
Global demos and quality futurist elite are essential foundation for efforts to steer human evolution. For doing what is necessary, much power is needed. But, first of all, the members of the cohort must form the will to act as needed for coping with the neogenesis challenges and bending the recent away from catastrophes and toward long-term human thriving. Therefore, it is motivation which constitutes the master-key. The concept ‘motivation’ fits well what is crucial, namely ‘to move people into action’, especially in respect to the neogenesis challenges and human evolution steering. Possession of natural assets, increasingly recognized as increasingly important for the humanity, shifts power from ownership of traditional resources, such as oil, to countries with large tropical rain forests. In all its forms, capital has always been a major and often also dominant instrument of motivation for many purposes. But its power seems to increase.
