Non-melanocytic lesions a. Seborrheic keratoses and lentigo

Milia-like cysts are whitish or yellowish round structures, corresponding to intraepidermal keratin-filled cysts (Figure 3.1). They are mainly seen in seborrheic keratoses but some small milia-like cysts can also be seen in congenital melanocytic nevi and rarely in other melanocytic tumors.
