ABSTRACT

Yael Allweil is an architect, born in Tel Aviv. She holds a Master’s degree in architecture from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Architecture at UC Berkeley and is a winner of the Spiro Kostof and Fulbright fellowships. Her work includes professional, curatorial and critical engagement with the built environment through academic and non-academic writing. She is the editorial assistant for the journal Places.
